Commerce Park Ready for Tenants
The Seven North Commerce Park stands ready for occupancy. The new 24-acre commerce park is designed to be a high-end business park for light manufacturing, office, and commercial use. The park is a result a private-public partnership between Triad Holdings P.L.L. and the Southeastern Ohio Port Authority.
Located across from Dimex Corporation and adjacent to Ohio Route 7 where the highway widening project will conclude in 2009, the Seven North Commerce Park will offer flexible lot sizes in a covenant-controlled environment. Commerce Circle has been installed into the interior of the property. Water, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer have also been installed. Connections to a force main sewer from the City of Marietta is expected before year's end. Underground electric lines will also be installed before year's end. The park is above the 100-year floodplain, yet access to the Ohio River is possible via an adjacent parcel.
